「The room and hotel were nice. The location has a great view but isn’t really walkable from all the sites as it is up quite a sharp hill. The staff were helpful in calling me a taxi to go downtown but it was difficult to hail down a taxi to get back to the hotel from the City center. The breakfast buffet was wonderful!」

「I heard some other picky customers complained “ It’s 5 euro breakfast”. But well with the price I don’t expect any free breakfast same with the ones in 5 star hotel. Reception clerks are very nice. 「Super Lage: 17min bis zur Stone Bridge. Der Parkplatz inklusive war Gold wert, da die Parksituation in Skopje sehr schwierig ist. Sehr nettes Personal und gute Kommunikation!」

「Hotel was well located to explore Skopje. Our room had amazing views over the square. Staff were so helpful and breakfast was delicious」

「分別入住3晚(共兩個房間), 最後一晚入住前不足24小時取消我們其中一個已訂的房間, 雖然有安排另一酒店的一個房間給我, 但該酒店平均價格較低、地點不便、評分較低, 亞力山大廣場精品酒店收取較高房價卻安排另一較平酒店的做法太過份, 所以亦沒有接受而自行再尋找住宿。 另外, 房間沒有Blanket, 只有一張床單一樣薄的被。浴室企缸玻璃漏水嚴重。早餐地點很嘈, 食物很咸。 」

「Midden in het levendige centrum. Vriendelijk personeel. Modern. Schoon. Super zwembad/ spa! Gratis parkeren midden in de stad. Onze kamer aan de achterkant was wel wat gehorig, maar tegen de kerkklokken en andere stadsgeluiden valt misschien ook niet te isoleren. Je ziet wel dat het hotel nog niet helemaal af is. Qua afwerking zijn er nog dingen te doen, maar daar hadden wij geen last van.」

「寧靜住宅區，友善的主人，有兩家超市距離約三至五分鐘。唯一缺點是離市區很遠，如果搭計程車約一百馬其頓幣，但不要在巴士站搭計程車，會收取約雙倍的價錢。」

「Great location, close to all shops and restaurants. Reception staff very friendly and room was comfortable. The only thing was it was advertised as daily housekeeping and my room wasn't cleaned for the 5 nights I stayed so the bins were full and no change of towels or toilet roll. It also advertises as having a bar/restaurant however this is misleading as there isn't any belonging to this hotel. Other than that it was a nice stay. Thank you. 」

「L'appartement était correct et le personnel gentil et serviable par email mais il y a eu un malentendu car l'annonce indiquait le service d'un petit déjeuner de 7h à 12h qui doit être pour un autre logement mais pas le nôtre. Pas de consigne de bagages non plus et il manquait 2 serviettes de toilettes dans le logement. Cependant, l'équipe de Urban nous a réservé un taxi adorable pour le transfert aéroport -appartement et nous a rapporté des serviettes rapidement suite à notre demande. J'avoue...
