「The service in the lodge of resturant is cold and My prada eyewear and box got lost in restraunt when restaurant manager is preparing the table. while the cctvs did not founction well during the time of theft. The lodge manager Dismas simba did not say anything sorry and do not care if i post the experience to other places. i filed the case in local police. police is going to investigate and ask them why all the cctvs failed to work just during the time of theft.」

「This was a splurge reservation at the end of our ten days in Tanzania. What a treat that was-especially after struggling with Internet and other “missing” items at other properties. Everything about the Neptune property was first rate from the furnishings to the food to the convenience and the staff. 「We had a wonderful stay at the Stc safari lodge. The rooms are simple, but clean. The food was excellent, mainly from their own farm, with meat and veggie options for lunch and dinner. Very good breakfast too, with delicious watermelon juice. We got a nice tour at the farm by one of the sisters. Thank you all for an unforgettable stay. 」

「As the name would imply, the hotel is located uphill from the main street of the town. The rooms were spacious and were separated by a wall, so each person had their own section. The bathroom was an issue as the toilet, sink and shower were all in the same place, so that if someone had a shower, the whole floor would get wet. The wi-fi was inconsistent but worked better in the dining area. The restaurant had minimal options and you had to order what you wanted for the evening hours beforehand. I...

「Family 'room' was excellent. However, for a December visit a bathroom heater was sorely needed and towel bars for drying towels. Every resort should have a safety bar in shower for young or old!」

「It was excellent. The grounds are beautiful. The the food is superb. The room is large it had two king size bed and a fireplace a sitting area. we stayed at this Four Season in the Serengeti. this was comparable for a lot less money. I would stay here again. In fact, we extended our stay one day just to enjoy the service and the food. It is definitely a jewel.」
