Everything is wonderful about the Lamplight Inn. The rooms, the food, the area, the atmosphere and especially the innkeepers Gene and Linda. The best people you could ever want to meet. We love it at this inn and will continue to go to it each and every year at least twice a year.

We had gotten married there 27 years ago and were back for the first time. The hosts were the same folks who were there when we married- Linda and Gene. They are so friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate and the breakfast food and service were amazing. We’re thinking we might make this an annual visit!

Charming b&b. Linda and Gene are wonderful hosts. I felt totally at home and enjoyed spending a quiet evening reading in the lovely public rooms- full pf character and tastefully decorated. Great breakfast and wonderful location to explore Lake George area. Highly recommended.

Best B&B in the Lake George area

Elegant and Romantic Getaway

We celebrated our 35th anniversary at this beautiful bed and breakfast. The Inn was absolutely beautiful and the room was very clean and decorated with such attention to detail. The inn keepers were very friendly and hospitable. When Linda realized I had a little dog, she went out of her way to give us two harnesses that had belonged to her dog. Very thoughtful and kind. Finally the breakfast was a 5 star treat. We will never forget our romantic stay at Lamplight Inn. Many thanks to Gene and Linda
