「Room was clean, but we found a hair in the bed, so could be a little cleaner. Bathroom was spotless and beautiful! Terry, the woman at the front, was wonderful to talk to and very understanding to us getting in late on check in. We ended up checking out a little late and they had no problem with it too. Overall, a great stay and will be comjng back in the summer! 」

「The Acorn is a really clean, safe motel with the most kind and professional owners/staff! Our whole stay was wonderful, from how comfy the beds are and how clean the room was, to how kind and helpful the owners were to accommodate us! I would 100% recommend this motel to single travelers, couples, or families looking for a safe, cozy, and clean place to stay that is also a great value!」

「I give this a five star because it is excellent for what it is meant to be - a no frills, clean, and comfortable place to sleep and rest for a couple days while we explored the area. It is nothing fancy - there is no free breakfast (which are usually less than to be desired anyways). It is nicely decorated in the retro style and is a fun throwback to the motels of the 50's and 60's. I like that there were two chairs, so my spouse and I could both sit to watch TV or read, because I prefer to sit...

「Overall I was super impressed. The price point was awesome for the renovations this building has. The red/black painting was visually appealing, the bathroom was clean and the shower was fantastic. The parking was tight. The TV was an older model and I had no guide, which is my only complaint. The bed was soft, clean, and well made up. I would definitely stay here again. Check in and out was quick, easy and the man at the desk was kind and friendly.」
