「Le rapport qualité-prix n’y est pas. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé (au bord du lac), la chambre était spacieuse avec une excellente literie mais la salle de bain était vieillotte et les terrasses mal entretenues. Il faut payer de nombreux suppléments alors que le prix de base est déjà élevé (lit bébé, parking, eau dans la chambre,…). Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est pas bon et le petit déjeuné très décevant.」

「酒店離琉森車站只需要3－5分鐘路程，去附近主要景點亦係步行可到達，非常方便。附近環境不算嘈雜和感覺好安全，附近好多超市亦是步行5－10分鐘可以到達。前台和餐廳員工極度有善，餐廳(交誼廳)24小時開放，有咖啡機，飲用水，生果，微波爐，你亦可以隨時在餐廳食自己帶去的食物，整體非常滿意。」

「面向馬路，晚上比較吵。早餐豐富，距離車站走路約8-10分鐘,有很多巴士客 可以到火車站。」

「We stay in Luzern for 2 nights with sea view room, the room’s view is great and there’s the free coffee machine for us to grab a coffee and relax the whole afternoon. Me and my family enjoyed the room a lot. Be reminded that the room without air-conditioner, a stuffy room and a bit hot, need to use fan and open all window in case to let the wind come in. The welcome drink is great too, we enjoy much in the bar, a good memory in Luzern」
