「Very nice hotel. All the rooms seem to have an excellent view. Rooms are very large and clean. In room coffee was good. No coffee in the lobby though. The pool outside was great.」

「Our room was just ok. We were in a Jacuzzi suite. It was difficult to enter and exit the enclosed area where it was located. The shower was the worst, with black mold on the tiles on the floor, and the walls were not cleaned. Then had white soap scum streaks on the wall appearing to have not been cleaned for quite a while. The sheets didn’t fit the king bed and slipped off the corners and bunched up on top. We had no clock in the bedroom. Halls and common areas, except for the breakfast...

「The breakfast box were ok. The beach was nice. They had towels, umbrellas, chairs, and tables. Plenty of sand. Ducks moved up and down the water. Pool and hot tub was kept cleaned. Only problems was dirt porches with webs and bugs even beach view my daughter stay in had same problems. Noise of putting sliding up first thing in the morning. It was a nice hotel.」

「The Holiday Inn Express in Acme (Traverse City), Michigan, is a great place to stay when you plan to sightsee around the city. The rooms are neat with the basic amenities, the staff is friendly and responsive, and the breakfast is tasty and served on time. The variety is typical, but served nicely. 「Clean bedroom and facilities. Nice breakfast including biscuits and gravy! Welcoming staff. The pool area had some maintenance work going on but pool and hot tub were open. We liked the side deck and fireplace where you can see the sunset from. Better than expected for the price!」
