Area feels run down. Breakfast served in crockpots…biscuits in one were soggy, gravy burned and eggs tasted off maybe due to the condensation kept in the crockpot by by the glass tops. Not a lot of variety. The hotel just felt dated and aged. Would look elsewhere the next time we go to KC.

Staff were great, but the property is one to steer clear of. Old and nasty. Mold at base of shower exclosures. Floors uneven and carpet very worn. Beds are way too soft.
