My only complaint is that my husband and I did not arrive till after 1 o’clock in the morning there was maybe a total of 10 other cars on the lot, so a lot of empty space as it was a Wednesday night. At check-in, we requested a late check out as we were checking in so late. All they were willing to give us was till 11:30 AM. For better customer service reasons on a Wednesday night, it would have been a much nicer gesture to have at least said noon and certainly wouldn’t have put them in a bed crunch since there were so many empty beds available. I just don’t think that customer service is their strong point, But the housekeeping ladies were really nice."

"The people here are truly amazing. I will stay here EVERY time I come to visit Arizona. My car broke down while I was visiting and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us and let us keep our things in our room longer so that we could get a new vehicle. We were able to ride the ferry to and from Lake Havasu City, which was very convenient."
