「Place was clean, as advertised in the pictures. Arrived around 7PM a day after an ice storm and nothing was shoveled or treated. I texted the contact and maintenance showed up within minutes to shovel the walk and salt which helped. The heat is a little tricky bc when you adjust the main heater it only stays for a few hours, but the floorboard heat worked in all the rooms so sleeping was fine. Bedding and towels in good condition. Got checkin info a few days before which was all accurate. ...

「I was unhappy that the spa bathtub in master bathroom was inoperable and the hot tub was also not able to be used because once turned on the chemical smell was so bad it caused my daughters nose to bleed, i had to stand outside in the cold air to stop the burning in my nose and chest. Not safe 」
