Nice basic place

Nice couple owns it; you can tell they care. Facility is bare bones. Lighting is poor and not many outlets. Bed was quite comfortable. Great location for getting into town.

Convenient location

The motel was conveniently located so that we could walk to many places right in town. Mini fridge and coffee maker provided. Bathroom needed a hair dryer, but the room was clean and front desk staff very pleasant.

My guess is that this may be new owners, Very friendly. This place was probably built in the 50's and has few updates.It is BARE BONES! The rooms severely lack electrical outlets! (ONE on each side of the room) The door had the bare minimum locks for safety and security. BE WARNED

Ok..for a night

Room was clean and location was good to walk to stores, lake and restaurants. Went in October, only had a portable heater for heat and gap in bottom of door. Ok for a night but wouldn't stay longer.

Memorial Day weekend

The major problems with this hotel were the bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab, it took about 10 minutes to get hot water from the bathroom sink and then was only lukewarm, zero hot water from the shower and no heat. Like, no heating system at all. It was cold, rainy and damp Saturday afternoon and night and rainy in the 40s on Sunday night. The amount of stars given were because the lady in the office was absolutely amazing! When asked for extra towels and told about the heat situation, she was at our door in minutes with extra towels and a little heater which made Sunday night much more bearable. Also, for the cleanliness of the room and the grounds. I hope the heat and hot water situation get satisfied because that's really the only major problem with our particular room.

Terrible quality

The hotel staff was nice and check in was fast and efficient but… the hotel or should I say motel was horrible. Maybe the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The door when locked could easily be pushed open. The hard and soft goods were in dire need of updating. All of the walls other than those made of cinder blocks were flimsy and could be moved back and forth.

Windsor Motel Review

I knew this would either be really cool or a mistake. It was cheap, so chances are there was a reason. The manager was very nice, the room was fairly gross but..... the bed was comfortable, the sheets and comforter smelled great and the hot water worked well. If you were willing not to look at the walls and the floor, you were good. For one night coming through, it got the job done. They gave you a fridge and a microwave kinda thrown together with an extension cord in the rear of the room which was nice, I didn't need it but they tried to make it as nice as they could given its age.

Room was clean and staff was very nice. Room was very dated and could use some repairs there was light comeing in through the bottom of the door and the beds where old. But for the price it was better then expected.

OMG AC didn’t work; fridge didn’t work; TV had sound issues; pool area was not very inviting Room door locks did not feel very secure, way out dated I will say it was run down BUT it was clean.

Those walls are so thin I could hear someone coughing all night. And then around 3am they started yelling & going in & out of their room a lot & I didn’t feel super safe. Then in the morning I tried to leave & the dead bolt was stuck & I couldn’t get out. I called the motel but she said she wouldn’t be there for 45 minutes which means she doesn’t get there until 10am & there’s no one else on property.
