Find Hotel with a Concierge in Lake Forest, IL

"Everything was amazing "

"The hotel had no electricity upon arrival, inexplicably as there were no severe weather conditions. I was handed two glow sticks to be able to guide my way around the hotel and my room. You can’t make this stuff up. The fact that there was nothing provided to compensate for the matter (discount, credit, voucher, etc) is ridiculous. Apparently being the only on site hotel option allows for the hotel to not care about its guests and still retain business. I won’t be back. "

"Clean, friendly, safe, and in proximity to what's important to me. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great job!!!"

"Elevator extremely slow. Sometimes a 5 minute wait. Breakfast buffet food was cold although sold as a hot breakfast. Same drink glass I left on table at 6 pm was still there at 8 am. "

"Outdated. The hotel needs renovation but it meet the need for a short trip. "

"They have a shuttle to airport. Very nice hotel. "

"This particular Hyatt Regency is in a terrible need of complete renovation. The room I stayed in had HVAC issues and plumbing problems. Tacky old decor makes a place very unpleasant looking. There are better options in the area."
