The Christmas Valley Sand Dunes spans 11,000 acres with dunes reaching 60 feet high and camp grounds at its entrance. It's know to be the "largest inland shifting sand dune system in the Pacific Northwest."

「We were visiting family friends so we didn’t spend much time there but I would definitely come back. We stayed in a cottage and it was comfortable for 3 of us (1 couple, 1single). It was great having a full kitchen but we only had time to use the fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The floor/ceiling fan needed a cleaning but that was nothing compared to all of the positives. Beautiful grounds and John that checked us in and out was very helpful and friendly. 」
