I had to pay over 14 dollars more than what was stated on the reservation? There is no WiFi and the room was in a dilapidated, dirty state. The towels were dirty, the TV didn't work, and the bathroom was very dirty. I simply didn't dare to shower there. This place urgently needs to be renovated and significant work needs to be done on hygiene.

Honestly I’m not usually the one to write reviews but I give this place -10 stars, the curtains had mold, carpets were nasty and covered in red stains, blankets and pillows were paper thin and the fridge and microwave were both broke. When I asked to switch rooms I was told no and that there was no rooms left despite there only being 2 cars besides mine and 30+ rooms, I was told that was the only one available. The toilet was broke in half and the shelf in the bathroom was hanging on by a thread, literally sideways with 1 nail holding it, tv was only static with every channel and the “free WiFi” was from the gas station across the street, also walked in and the room had empty water bottles and trash laying around. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I couldn’t even bring myself to take a shower because of how nasty it was, would’ve expected the price to be $15 a night with how bad it was, the lady told me that they were doing renovations but I’ve been seeing that commented for about 6 months now and think it’s just what she says to get away with so many broken and unusable amenities.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so there is quite a bit of work going on outside. The inside was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing—very kind, accommodating, and helpful. We would gladly stay again when we are in the area.

I did feel safe which is important having my child with me. But as far as cleanliness, I had to go buy disinfectant spray to clean everything. I had to use our own bedding, there was no trashcan anywhere in the room, no microwave, so I asked for one, the maintenance man was kind enough to find one for me, but then I had to clean it myself along with cleaning the fridge, bathtub, toilet, sink, tables, I just had to clean everything lol. There were no phone, no wifi, no cable, no hairdryer, the complimentary shampoo/conditioner was half used and about a third roll of toilet paper is all that was in the room. But the bed itself was super comfortable and I did sleep like a baby.

The whole room smelled like piss and mold , courtains were stained with black mildew , the air conditionate unit was off , room was humid , smelled really bad , we only spent five hours on the property thank god . In the outside there’s a truck with a blown tire and another shady car noticeably is unable to Move like a creepy junk yard , trash and dust everywhere, very unpleasant.

This was the worst place I have ever attempted to stay at. Holes in the ceilings and walls, dirties carpet I’ve ever seen. Cigarette burns on the sheets and bed. I immediately tried to get a refund and the lady said I would have had to ask for it within ten minutes of paying, which it had been 30 minutes. There is no way I would make my family stay there. Disgusting!

I frequently travel back and forth from Florida to Pennsylvania. I have booked many hotels over the years and this has been by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Upon entering the room, I was a little weary due to the picture online looking "cleaner". I got in super late and I had two young children with me. I let them in and my oldest informed me he saw a cockroach swimming in the toilet. Sure enough, fresh large roach in the toilet! I looked up at the entire bathroom and was appalled at the condition of the entire room. Everything extremely outdated and the entire shower looked like someone hadn't used it in 20+ years. The metal panel behind the shower handle was crooked and almost falling off, the shower head was mismatched and looked corroded and the air vent over our head had 2 inches of dust on it. My son was suppose to take a shower. I was so grossed out by the bathroom that I didn't even have either of my kids or myself brush our teeth or wash our hands. Sketchy couch and stains all over the floor. There were "patched" holes in the ceiling above the sink and a patch job under the sink. Dust on almost everything. We felt so gross and it was a struggle to get my kids to sleep because they were afraid of bed bugs and more roaches coming. I tried to find another hotel but we arrived at 12:30 and the closest safe hotel was over an hour. This place should be disgusted with the conditions of their rooms. Never stay here!
