「The property smells and there are air fresheners throughout to hide the smell. In the elevator there are chemical burns on the ceiling from the air fresheners. There are multiple rat traps around the property outside. But worst of all my husband and I also gotten bitten by bed bugs. Do NOT stay here!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!!」

「Clean room, nice adjustable shower head, nice bath exhaust so not tons of steam. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is nice, but very small space to maneuver. No residual smoke lingering in halls or rooms like some converted smoke free hotels. Enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable.」

「The front desk hung up on me when I called to ask a question. The check-in was difficult, and the room was disgusting. This hotel did not feel safe either. It was also much further away from destinations than stated. I requested a refund through the property after sending photos of hair and stains on the beds; however, they refused to work with Expedia to issue a refund. The hotel will also charge a $250 security deposit upon arrival. Do not stay here, my family left due to the unsanitary...

「Clean room, friendly staff. Not much for breakfast options. Was hoping for at least one gluten free option even If i had to buy it at the little market shop. But there were none. Comfortable beds and pillows. All in all, a great overnight stay at a good price.」

「Room was disgusting. Sheets were not clean. Bathroom was fully stocked with dirty towels with visible stains. The room was advertised as wheel chair accessible, however, it was not at all. The space between the bed and "entertainment" center was far too narrow to get a chair through. On top of that, though being advertised as wheel chair accommodations, the bath tub had a two foot tall lip. This room was not accommodating at all. Absolutely horrendous environment and room.」

「The hotel was very clean, breakfast was always delicious, fresh, and well-maintained. The staff were helpful, seemed very willing to engage and positive. Hospitality team was great. I can tell it’s a little older or more-used hotel, but it was fine for what we needed. I would have loved if the fitness center wasn’t so confined and had more supplies. It seemed like the pool and fitness center didn’t get a lot of TLC. But overall, this was a fine property for a week with family!」
