「Das Hotel und das Personal war top in allen Hinsichten, da haben wir nichts auszusetzen. Nur die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und es gibt wenige Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Wenn man allerdings 20-30 Minuten am Strand entlangläuft gibt es mehr zu sehen und die Strände sind auch um einiges schöner. Das Hotel können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen für Personen die sich von ihrem Alltagsstress erholen wollen und entspannen wollen. 「Hôtel tout neuf, très propre. Petit-déjeuner buffet très varié, salé/sucré. Chambre moderne avec balcon, vue mer magnifique. Coin piscine avec transats vaste et très agréable. Présence d'un super bar avec possibilité de restauration aussi, ouvert tard le soir; ce qui est bien pratique pour un dernier cocktail ou une boisson rafraichissante. Personnel très aimable. Seul bémol: pour atteindre l'hôtel, il faut passer dans une zone en cours d'aménagement (ancienne base militaire) et pas de plage...

「The hotel was absolutely superb, we were there for a 3 night stay at the end of a weeks villa holiday and it was perfect. Rooms were massive, food was excellent, staff were so friendly and helpful. The only thing that we could complain about was the pool area - the pool itself is stunning and overlooks the golf course BUT there are too few loungers and too few towels!!! So we arrived on one occasion to nowhere to sit and nothing to dry ourselves with - not ideal, one family with little children...

「Everything was perfect. I would just recommend a few things for the hotel 1. Have water stations by pools. It's very hot and we shouldn't be waiting in line for 10 minutes just to get water 2. You need more staff around the bar if the hotel is busy. I shouldn't wait 15 mins to get a drink. 3. The water in the pools is very cold and wasn't too enjoyable. 4. There should be more beer options on the all inclusive menu 5. The restaurants in the hotel should be accepting guests based on empty spaces...

「Sehr netter und herzlicher Empfang durch Athena, die gute Seele vom Hotel. Super Bedienung am Frühstück und Abendessen. Kurze Taxifahrt ins Dorf Malia, oder man mietet ein Auto, um noch verschiedene schöne Strände zu erforschen. (Potamos Beach mit Kalyva Taverna sehr empfehlenswert) Einen sehr lieber 3 Beiniger Kater hat uns im Hotel begleitet… für Kinder einfach unvergesslich.
