"Radisson service is great and the location is nice. We stayed on the street side with VIP service, which was a nice touch. In retrospect, I would have paid for the Lagoon view; it was worth the upgrade compared to a view of the electrical units. The water temperature would never get hot. The staff and restaurant service was 5-star."

"This hotel is simply amazing! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there for our honeymoon. The bed was roomy and comfortable. The AC worked like a dream. Two of everything was provided even the breakfast in the morning was for the both of us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The staff were super help and friendly. The place also smelled amazing throughout the building. Another thing I loved was the complimentary 6PM check out for late flights. Boom the room you will not be disappointed!!!"

"Staff were rude - lots of them milling about but not very forthcoming to help. Room was nice as long as you did not look too much! Shower was coming loose off the wall. Not much choice of TV stations. Conference facilities were appalling. The AV system was of very poor quality - only hand held microphones that were very poor, cutting out all the time and sound quality terrible. Screens also need an update. "
