There was an initial issue retrieving our booking which was done just 1 month previously, and the manager was not expecting us at all and had no rooms gor us, but he resolved this issue promptly, finding us suitable accommodation. The staff were respectful and helpful. The apartment is in a secured gated estate, and location is in Lekki quite close to Victoria island and the famous Landmark beach.
The only minus is the wifi which often disconnects and can be slow at times.
Bitte überprüfen sie immer tel.nummer von Hotel , daß man Kontakt aufnehmen kann mit Hotel vor der Reise wegen Abholung.Es war sicher ,nettes Personal.
Stayed for 10 nights,Staff always available Friendly and helpful. .Apartment was good size and well maintained . My Girlfriend and I cooked in the apartment and had all we needed, although a smaller cookpot would have been helpful.as well.Swimming pool although not huge was big enough very clean and sheltered.Guest Security was very good as was the neighborhood, ATM and Supermarket close by. !0 mins by taxi to beaches .Only slight moan is the upgrade apartment was not forthcoming but wasn't an issue as rented apartment was very good.Would recommend Highly .
No hot water for 9 days, just a kettle and a bucket. Everyday one towel for two people. Doors that all stuck so you heard slamming all day and most of the night. The pool was never monitored and heaven only knows what bacteria lurked in it. Horrible lighting very dim and depressing. Finally got a table lamp but cord too short so not usable in living area. Everyone but manager worked as effectively as possible and were quite good and pleasant in doing their job. Manager was talk talk, no delivery. She actually came and took the lamp I finally had gotten so another tenant could use it. The one she gave me in exchange was in nasty dirty shape with stains and tears. Long term upkeep very poor. So much needs to be done. Shabby. We paid well using a US financial comparison. This experience would NEVER be acceptable in US. I had so many mosquito bites it was sickening. Thank God we were on Malaria medication. We should have checked out, obtained a refund and gone to Three Arms Hotel where we have stayed before and which is lovely. but we kept thinking it had to get better. It never did. It was basically a month for which we we paid nearly $3800.
Great and Pleasant Place to stay... will recommend
I am not your typical reviewer. I only write a review when I am grossly unimpressed, but not the case at this instance. We stayed at this hotel and (as a seasoned hotel designer), I was impressed and (must say) surprised with the space management, attention to details, location and the general ambience of this hotel. The rooms are neat and everything works perfectly (except few improvement to the one of the one bedroom rooms). It feels homely, secured and close to shopping centers. Staff is great and welcoming. However, there are few cons and room for improvement. 1. The parking space needs to be looked into. 2. The management needs to access its relational etiquette to customer when a client is displeased or requires domestic assistance. Case in point is when I had a flat tire and whilst the company's driver was willing to assist the management does not find that important which a turn off was for me. But I must confess that the management reps redeemed herself from my initial perception -okay with me. 3. The cash deposit was almost a deal breaker for us. There should be a provision for credit card hold/deposit rather than cash only. And in the event of the client not having physical cash as was my case, a well thought out alternative approach should be considered. Overall, I was so impressed and I have decided to visit this place again and where applicable lodge our visiting staff there. I will definitely recommend. 4 stars cos there's room for improvement.
Disadvantages:
1. So much noisy (almost everyday there were works working to fix different things)!
2. No internet connection in room within first 11 days (just last night) while we should have all our stay!
3. Continuous problem with switching to different generators (5 times in just 4 hours)!
4. Continuously switching off the general AC control!
5. Continuous problem with water pressure!
6. Not so comfortable bed and noisy!
7. Deposit request at check in while it was not mentioned on the website!
8. Usually bad smell in the first floor corridor during morning
Advantages:
1. Managers were kind and trying to take care of problems.
2. Cleaning was perfect (never had any problem of cleaning).
3. Close to beach and shopping centers.
4. Secure.
5. Respectful and always available reception.
This is a nice hotel apartment in a nice area in Lekki phase 1. Fairly new place. Cool decor & big rooms. The staff & manager are wonderful & helpful. The room we booked is like a studio apartment like a home away from home so it got the all you need to do the cooking when you get tired of the restaurant foods. The beds were comfortable. We though had problems with the Internet, a/c , tv cable & shower. The staff did attend to it promptly. The pool was having issues on our stay & you can't go yet to the terrace to see the view. Palms shopping mall, Elegushi beach, Nike museum, First bank, & 2 local markets were close by. Overall, it's a great secure place to stay inspite of the issues that we extended our vacation at this apartment hotel.
Absolutely brilliant, this hotel is nothing short of SPECTACULAR! Firstly the staff are amazing! so welcoming, all unfailingly pleasant, and extremely helpful. A beautiful hotel, clean and quiet for the middle of Lagos. The suite was spacious, well appointed and beautiful Decor. The bed and suite was super clean comfortable and tidy.
The only downside was that the swimming pool was under repair during my visit but I was informed the repair to the pool will be completed in the next couple of weeks.
We could not fault anything in our 3 day stay (which we later extended to 5 days), the staff were so friendly and stunning. Whole heartedly recommend this hotel in an instant.

Misleading, inaccurate, disappointing.
I specifically chose Millennium apartments as on the internet it looked lovely and we wanted somewhere really special as we were in Lagos to get married.
I selected this place as a swimming pool and kitchen were my two key requirements. I also wanted somewhere in a nice, safe, quiet location. Wrong on every count!
Swimming pool not working and hadn't been since at least March! Décor was shabby and very dirty in some places. I said this to them and they actually decorated the whole place whilst we were staying there! This was smelly, messy, noisy and often inconvenient having to walk on stairs covered with paper which was dangerous. There was NO roof terrace to use and when they began to work on the pool 4 days before we left, we then had nowhere to sit outside! This work was noisy and disruptive beginning at 08.00 each morning.
We were assured the water was highly filtered and safe to drink and I'm so pleased that we still drank bottled water. One day after returning from the deserted, dirty Elegushi beach which had been recommended to us, my partner was in the middle of showering when the water went off. After calling reception the water came on after a few minutes and was so dirty it made me feel sick to think that we had been assured that it was clean enough for us to drink!
The hotel is describes as 'beach front' but we had to get a 10-15 min taxi there and then pay admission to the dirtiest beaches I have ever seen.
