Incredibly delicious, nourishing food made woth love and the freshest, healthiest, local, seasonal ingredients in traditional Alantejo way. Superb stay. My son and I both did not want to leave! "The Quinta Amala was an amazing place. The location with the view over the landscape with rice fields and pine woods was beautiful. Each cabana, house, had privacy and were souronded by beautiful plants and flowers. Beautiful architecture of the houses, the pool area, lounges and dining room.
We felt close to nature, silent and relaxing.
The food was also very good, including the breakfast with local food.
The staff were all very nice and helpful and made us feel welcome and well taken care...
