「This hotel fully deserves five-star rating, from the helpful and friendly reception, the modern and comfortable room (and indoor pool and spa), good housekeeping service to the excellent on-site restaurant. I'm particularly impressed by François and his team at the on-site ski shop. They took good care of my equipment and gave me very good boot adjustment advice (virtually saved me from getting a new ski boots!). The proximity to the ski slopes is a big plus. 「Absolutely wonderful hotel, and what makes it so good is the staff. They are the friendliest, most helpful staff anyone could ask for, a real credit to the owners. It is a boutique hotel with 30 rooms and has a very personal feel about it. You really do feel part of the family when you stay. 「Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated 」

「Hieno arkkitehtuuri, kauniisti remontoitu hotelli. Rauhallinen tunnelma, mukavat aulatilat. Huone, kylpyhuone ja spa siistit. Aamiainen paikallinen ja runsas. Rauhallisen hotellin ihanana kontrastina pieni kauppakäytävä aivan aulan oven ulkopuolella, joten palvelut (suksivuokraamo, hissiliput, ravintoloita, apteekki, kauppa ym.) aivan vieressä.
