"I am handicapped and asked the front desk manager if I could have a ground floor room he said no very hard for me to climb the stairs. If I would’ve known, they did not have an elevator. I would’ve not stayed there. The step was great there was no breakfast and they have an indoor pool and my kids swim."

"Hotel is horrible. First room they put me in hadn't been cleaned and appeared someone was already using the room. Manager apologized and gave me another room. It was late, so not worth complaining anymore but new room wasn't very clean, tub and sink were broken, TV was unplugged and didn't work, AC worked on and off. The property is horrible and not taken care of. Pool was an accident waiting to happen, no water in the pool, trash in the pool, gate wide open for a child to fall in pool. Not a...
