「Great location.」

Colazione abbondante e buona. Decisamente promosso.」

「The first thing to take into account that this is utility accommodation which may not suit everyone. It is on a room only basis, and is not en suite. However, if that meets your needs, then it is fine. I used it essentially as a base and it suited me fine.」

「Really a nice place to relax!」

「Staff are very friendly check-in process was simple room was clean and exactly as described air conditioning worked perfectly. View was impeccable. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Enjoyed having a mimosa every morning. Love the rooftop Jacuzzi’s - having cocktails and watching the sunset. It was beautiful. I let them know. It was my 50th birthday and they even left me a lovely bottle of wine in my room on the special day to celebrate complementary. Special treat 100% recommend.」

「High end, close to ocean, spectacular breakfast.」

「The lobby and garden were nice, and the room was fine. The view from the balcony was disappointing, though. It overlooks a yard with exposed piping and peeling plaster walls, really poorly. There is also no coffee in the evening and the food is repetitive. The hotel is on a hill, which is hard for elderly guests, although taxis are reasonably priced. The manager at the pool was rude. He called out to me in front of my family and other guests, even though a member of staff had already said I...

「Needs some improvement with customer service, checking-In was not clear after downloading our passports to the hotel portal, the receptionist without checking the computer was asking for IDs.」
