「I had requests before even making it to the hotel and was late, however staff was excellent and friendly. Accommodated my requests and were so friendly. 「The LaVale Inn should be renamed the LaHale No Inn. Not clean. Big bags of trash from the customer rooms in the hallway. I asked if they could be removed and was told it would be the next day. Roaches were in my room and bathroom. Will I stay there again? Hale no!」
「Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Clean, neat and organized. Only slight complaint was quality of breakfast ingredients. Could use an upgrade. But would definitely stay there again.」
