The bed was comfortable. The pool was cleaned daily. They offered to help with the baggage when checking in and out. Not necessarily something i didn't like but things that could've been better; house keeping is every other day and there's only 1 small trash can in the room. 「We a beautiful view of the ocean off our baloney every morning. And the most peaceful view at night. The room was always clean. Air-condition was well maintained All staff members were very courteous and helpful. Especially Fanny, who was most informed about the island and very helpful and pleasant. 「We love Hotel on the Cay. It is the most wonderful place to vacation. The hotel is undergoing renovations so you will need to set that aside because you’re not in the room much anyways. 」
