"Loved the opportunity to stay at such an iconic hotel in historic Chattanooga. Staying in the old box car was an awesome and memorable experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a light out in the bathroom and I needed to be able to do my makeup as I was getting ready for my wedding, but maintenance came by immediately to bring a new bulb. So much to do in the area, no matter what your reason is for visiting. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’re looking for the “Chattanooga experience”. "

"The staff was very welcoming and helpul. The room was spacious and clean. Comfy bed. The free breakfast was really good with good options. The location was great. The view from the huge window in our top floor room provided my wife and I with beautiful scenery. Spending time together out on the patio with the fireplace, sippin on some java was very enjoyable. The only issue we encountered during the stay is that noise coming from outside. We could hear traffic and such, late into the night. The rooms window wasn't very sound proof. We agreed that we would definitely stay here again."
