It was nice the view from the room very good. Breakfast for the cost of the room came up short ! Dark bananas, no eggs or meat. Pool was very cool about 72farenhiet

Very quiet and outstanding propery for relaxing. The pool is very clean and nice. We really enjoyed our stayed.

Outside property and lobby were very nice. Room needed to be mopped again. Floor was very sticky from cleaning products. Window and curtain had mildew on them. I did leave a review with the front desk clerk.

Overall, stay was very enjoyable. Facility staff was very friendly and helpful. Only negative was room floors could have stood a good cleaning. Barefoot prints were visible throughout unit.

Unpleasant stay
The grounds are beautiful, but the rooms are not. Old furniture, trash still in the room, poor A/C unit, shower took forever to get slightly warm. Asked the front desk about the lack of warm showers and she said that was true for all the rooms. Bedcover had lumps of stuffing in the middle of each square. Toaster didn't work in breakfast area.

Desk staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet was varied and adequate. Majority of guests were rescue workers from out of town-nice to see all the hard working guys-appreciate their service!

Poor room description
Description of room on website was not correct. Described room as single bed in the room when in fact it had two beds. Because of that I purchased two rooms for two people when I all needed was one room.

The whole hotel telephone system was inoperable. TVs were marginal and cable system had a very limited number of channels available. Style-wise, the hotel is very dated. The hotel did have very nice displays of fresh flowers.

Old but clean. This is also a rehab center. Not complaining because it is a rehab center but because this is definitely something that should be mentioned up front. I am working in Labelle the next few months and I will drive the 30 minutes to another hotel rather than stay here again.

There was a sliding door to the outside that does not lock, and the whole upper floor is work release men, which is fine, but I’d like to be able to lock my doors anywhere and feel safe. There was dirt and debris all on the floor, the hotel just looked drab. Then entrance and lobby was beautiful but not the hotel itself.

This hotel was disgusting. The room was dirty and had a terrible smell. Dusty and bed sheets were dirty, fridge was leaking and was dirty. Towels were also dirty. The room smelled wet. The bed had ants on it. We stayed only one night.
