I contacted the hotel through Expedia multiple times, however I was not able to get the hotel to communicate back and consequently no shuttle service was available. I could have used the shuttle if they would have contacted me

Great central location, staff was extremely friendly, and the airport shuttle was easy to use and necessary for an early morning flight. I would absolutely stay here again!
