"Best location for the cable car."

"We were a group of 8 mature guys. We found the hotel and its facilities perfect for our skiing holiday. But the real stand out thing about our stay were the excellent, friendly welcoming staff, who made a good stay into a great experience. Breakfast choices were extensive and great quality and the one night we had dinner in the hotel, it was lovely. It was as good as any of the other 6 in the town we sampled. There was one issue we all agreed on that the bedrooms were all a bit hot for ideal sleeping conditions"

"Our room was 2 hours late for check in- pretty disappointing customer service. The spa was fairly average - bit run down. Rest of the hotel was really nice, lovely breakfast in the morning and comfy bed. "
