「All the employees were very friendly, even the cleaning staff! The walls are thin so you will hear your neighbours but the amenities are beautiful. I highly recommend choosing the “all-inclusive” option for meals. The buffets were first rate and had everything labelled carefully if you have food sensitivities (like gluten intolerance or a severe nut allergy). 」

「When we arrived we were greeted by our host, shown our room which was large and had a king sized bed which was very comfortable, also with a sofa bed, patio doors onto a private balcony overlooking the mountains. There was no snow close by but we were assured it may snow anytime. A very enjoyable experience. Thank you」

「Es uno de los mejores lugares que nos hemos hospedado. Dennis y su mujer te hacen sentir en casa. Nada más llegar nos ofreció Dennis algo fresco y nos enseñó todo con una sonrisa en la cara siempre. 「I loved it. The beautiful Fatima was a great host, the kitchen did absolutely fantastic food, the place was beautiful and clean. I loved my stay, I loved the location and everything about this experience. If you go here, make sure to enjoy the restaurant. It's such an authentic and great experience from all the tourist traps Andalusia is usually full of. This was special, this I will remember as special. Trust the reviews, it won't let you down, come experience this yourself! Great value too!」

「Fantastic hotel. Located on a hilly city, it overlooks the valley where Granada is located offering a splendid view. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Mine had a private balcony. The main terrasse has a pool and plenty of seating options. They offer a varied breakfast and several dining options. I will remember this stay for my entire life so much I enjoyed it.」
