Arriving way ahead of check in time in a downpour with wet bicycles we were graciously greeted by the owner of this charming old hotel. He allowed us to have our room immediately and it was perched on the corner with two windows looking out at the old clock tower and the roofs of the town. This man made our stay so pleasant by his warmth and enthusiasm for his special town. He told us what to visit and lent us an umbrella and made us a delicious dinner. Very comfortable room. Great staff.

I had a great stay at the Grand Hotel Terme! I don’t know where to start but the staff was very professional and helpful, dined once and the service was amazing. The restaurant staff was very attentive to remember and provide me with what I asked the day before on the consecutive days of my stay. This was work related trip but will definitely be ion my leisure travel route next time I will be in Italy! And can I have the receipe for the ace juice? 😆

The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were very nice and quiet.

Good stay

Very pleasant experience all around. Room is large, high ceilings, full of natural light. Staff very impressive.

The staff at this facility are exceptional! They pay attention to all details and make themselves available to help out in any way. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing for the affordable price they charge.

The lady that was at breakfast she made good coffee

Beautiful property, lovely personnel and pretty grounds. The only negative I have is that the gate at the road to the actual residential building is unmarked, unlit and several kilometers from the main gate (which is marked and lit at night), making a late night check in (in the dark) very difficult. I am sure this is being addressed since that entrance appears very new.

Location wss excellent

Renovated ancient structures, with comfy rooms overlooking the gorgeous valley below. Sabrina, the owner, was attentive and pleasant and cooked our meals even though the kitchen had officially closed for the season. We used it as a stop between Milan and Florence, and the drive to Firenze through mountainous back roads was another highlight. Waking up to the view is forever etched in our minds

Short stay. Very clean and spacious. Efficient staff at front desk.

We had to book Hotel Vittoria really last minute since our original host cancelled on us. Within 10 minutes of booking, we were at the Hotel and on our way up to the room! Kind staff, super cute decor and great location:)

One of the most amazing places we have stayed at in Italy, Service, food, location was incredible . Would definitely come back. Can't say enough about this hotel. if I could give 10 stars I would

All was great, the only issue us really far from town
