Hotel is beautiful and clean, the host was very accommodating, the only issue was the heater. They left us all night without heat, so we had a terrible night sleep.

check in experience is terrible. I would like to drop off my bag and take the room key around noon. I contacted the owner and was told I have to pay €20. I went to Monterosso directly and paid €1/hr(maximum is €5/day). I went to the property at 2pm and was told check in time is 3pm and need to go to a different location to do the paperwork. The walking is up&down with a lot of steps. By the time I set my luggage in my room, it’s already past 4pm. The next day when I returned to my room at evening, a couple were trying to open my door. It turns out that they were given the wrong room number. They told me that they sent about 2 hours trying to find this place and get inside. It was raining hard, they were

BED BUGS

BED BUGS! This place is terrible. Me and my partner were traveling Italy and we were excited to stay here because of the proximity to the train station, there is no front desk at one location, they have two locations and it is difficult to check in and communicate with the hosts. We stayed for 2 nights and the 3rd morning we woke up to bug bites and bed bugs in our bed. We packed and left in a hurry, I told the staff and her response was to ask for the keys and to say we would not going to receive a refund from them and that they have new people coming. They were very rude and did not offer a new accommodation or any help paying for the laundry that we had to do. It is very difficult to get around La Spezia and we walked quite a distance to a laundromat. I would not suggest this place to my worst enemy, even without the bed bugs there is only one shared bathroom with very loud doors and a hike up and down to anywhere you would want to go. Do not stay here

El baño es compartido, no tenía jabón para las manos, el segundo día se acabó el shampoo, deberían especificar que no surtirán para poder prevenir. En los servicios que ofrecen hay limpieza diaria, y no se realizó ni en el cuarto ni en el baño compartido. La ubicación es bastante buena, hay muchos restaurantes y está muy cerca de la central. En general fue buena nuestra experiencia.
