Wonderful suprise

Beautiful room and the host was easy to deal with. The large bottle of water awaiting our arrival was a welcome suprise. The proximity to the train station and the old section of La Spezia cannot be beat.

Fantastic room in excellent location. Only 200m from Pisa Centrale station, perfect for exploring Cinque Terre. Only a few minutes away from lots of bars and restaurants. The shower was a little on the small side but everything else was excellent

Nice quiet place close to the nice part of the cit

Nice apartment very close to train station and the pedestrian area. Don’t let the street view fool you - nice and quiet place! 3 min to pedestrian zone, less than 15 min to boats to Cinque Terre.

Super convenient location to the train station to get to Cinque Terre. Small room. Unfortunately had issues with the air conditioning unit during stay (wasn't pumping out cool air when we were staying there in 30 degree heat) but good communication from host who was trying to help. Lift up to apartment was appreciated, although it was a tight squeeze for 1 person and a larger suitcase. Shower unit is a bit narrow.

High end charm in old world

Unit we stayed in was updated to a high standard. Great location from train station and getting to old town and walking to the port for boat to cinque de terre (about 15 minutes) through streets filled with excellent shops.

This place is awesome! The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean, and the location is perfect. It’s about a 2 minute walk from the train station and I was able to visit Cinque Terre easily. Some other highlights, Alessandro was very nice and communicative, you could tell that he cared about the quality of my experience. Also, the roads can be pretty noisy nearby but the room cancels the sound very well. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about this place, I would highly recommend it.

The room was spacious. An electric kettle and refrigerator was provided. The outlook was onto a quiet street at the back of the property. In the hot weather the air conditioning did seem to struggle to keep the room cool at night during a thunderstorm otherwise we were comfortable enough. It was great value and in a great location for travelling to nearby towns, etc.

The host contacted us via WhatsApp a day before check-in. Although I missed his message. Upon arriving, I phoned him, he assisted us in getting into the building and room, and quickly came over to greet us. Much appreciated. The property is in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk to the train station, and there is a big supermarket next door. Very quite, safe place to stay. We enjoyed our stay except the mattress just a bit too soft to us.

The property is in a great location very close to the railway. It is remote entry and there are a couple of things older people should be aware of. Access to the elevator in the property requires carrying luggage up a flight of stairs and the elevator is small. Despite the promotional photos there was no outside balcony from room 2 . The room was very comfortable with tea facilities however if you like anything but green tea bring your own supplies or visit the convenient supermarket next door to the property. The shower has access problems for those of us who maybe a little rotund but the water is good and hot. A mixed bag perhaps, but all in all a good place to stay if access to the rail station is important and there are plenty of good restaurants in the local area. Thankyou for the stay.
