We had some difficulty opening the door initially but the staff came very fast to help us with it, which we greatly appreciated. We mainly communicated to them via Whatsapp. The room is very luxurious, big and modern and clean. The amount of amenities provided is insane. They even have a dishwasher in the room! The wifi was also strong which is a win. One downside is that there is no lift. You have to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggages to reach the apartment.

Hello there, thanks for your feedback, glad you appreciated your stay here! About the lift, we do have other accomodations coming wiht a lift, for anyone interested. Besides, your accomomations, as you say, it is on the first floor, it is only a few steps up. Hope this can be helpful to anyone else, thanks once more!

Hello there, we're sorry you are leaving a review for an accomodation you did not use at all. The reviews are meant to be used to give an opinion on an accomodation one has used, which is not your case. As you know, in your case system errore occured, during, btw, a critical moment of the season, and you could not stay here: we're sorry you blame us for that, it actually doesn't make any sense. Let us say you agreed in looking for a different solution. The accomodation has good reviews, and we're just disappointed on this way of debasing us. Our best regards

Das Apartment liegt in der Fußgängerzone, also sehr zentral. Es ist alles ganz einfach fußläufig zu erreichen. Lecker gefrühstückt haben wir immer für kleines Geld in einer Bar ganz in der Nähe.

This property is in an amazing location in La Spezia walking district. Nice restaurants and shops around, 10 min walking distance to the train station which takes you to Cinque Terre (which is less then 10 min train ride to the first village). Apartment is very modern and clean. my wife and kids loved it. Easly sleeps 6 people. The host Yulia was very helpful. i would highly recommend this apartment. We would definitely stay here again.
