Highly recommend for the ease to the train station when touring around the area. Rooms are modern, clean and the host was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay again if and when I get back to Italy.

This property was exactly what we were looking for! Since we didn't have a car, we wanted a clean, quiet property near the train station. The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk down a quiet side street, and it was convenient to walk everywhere. There is a supermarket right around the corner. The sea is less than a 20 minute walk, but within just a few blocks you will be in the heart of the shopping and dining center. The apartment was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. What made the stay even better was our host, Matilda. What a true gem! She greeted us at check in and gave us advice and maps on where to go and where to eat She even provided snacks, coffee and orange juice. Grazie Matilda, abbiamo adorato la tua città!

Conveniently located near train station and flat suitable if you have a suitcase or mobility issues. Very modern and clean, perfect for what we needed. Matilde was a fantastic host.

This apartment is excellent!! The host Mati is awesome. She met us at the apartment and gave us lots of information about La Spezia and Cinque Terre as well as recommended some excellent restaurants. There was bottle of water and snacks for us complimentary. The apartment is very clean and modern. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. It is well situated. The train station is only about a 10 min walk and there is a grocery store around the corner to pick up supplies. I would highly recommend this apartment. Everything was great! Thank you Mati for all your help and hospitality!!

We were looking for a base to explore Cinque Terre and were recommended La Spezia for its central location and easy access to the five towns. When we found this property, we were initially hesitant due to its newness and lack of reviews, but I’m so glad we booked it. You won’t regret staying here! Matilda, who manages the property (we stayed in unit 47) is absolutely wonderful. Her hospitality made our stay feel even more special—she was flexible with our check-in and check-out times, answered all our questions, and left snacks and water for us daily after cleaning the apartment, which felt like a personal touch. The apartment is new, modern, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. We loved the cozy layout, especially the separate dining area for meals and coffee. Plus, it has air conditioning, a huge plus for summer visitors. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to the central train station with grocery stores nearby. While the apartment doesn’t have a full kitchen or a washing machine, this was expected and didn’t detract from our experience. It’s also worth noting that the unit is close to the train station and a roadside, so you’ll hear some noise, but it’s quiet at night. Overall, we loved the clean, modern furnishings, but what made our stay truly memorable was Matilda’s warm and thoughtful hosting. It felt like we were visiting family. We highly recommend 3L Luxury Rooms for anyone staying in La Spezia!
