"We arrived at 1230am , there was 1 person on check-in , doing the best he could, but the queue was to the front door and it took 45 mins to check in at a time of day when we really weren’t in the mood for such a long wait ."

"Spacious apartment. Well equipped, although I didn’t go to Bologna to cook . The washing machine was a nice and useful plus. The check in office was across the street from the apartment. Easy to find. Effortless check in process."
