「我們幸運的被升等，非常喜歡他們的房間有品味有風格很有味道又很寬敞。可惜服務人員很難叫的到，我們在泳池想點飲料請工作人員幫我們叫人來等到最後都沒有人來，請人送我以及行李到主樓也等了半個小時。所以延遲了午餐時間吃的很趕。我覺得很可惜。也許你需要有車才適合住別館，如果你想放鬆可能住主樓很多事情會來的更便捷」

「We were here to rest and recharge after spending the day wine tasting. This chateau is quiet and peaceful. Staff is friendly and speaks our language which is not common in many parts of France. We would highly recommend this hotel to others.」

「So - when we arrived, the manager Nicolas was amazing. We were early, no problem… he gave us a newly refurbished room which whilst small was excellent. We asked about going into Bordeaux and he spend time talking us through how best to do it, where to go etc. he couldn’t do enough for us and all with a smile. Breakfast was fabulous… we would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay - just off the otorway but quiet! 」
