This little hideaway motel is a block away from Times Square. Beds are firm so if you're not used to it then bring a foam pad. Only had one serious problem but not the motels fault. Street crew decided to start jack hammering in front of the motel at 11pm and I was awaken at 4:38 with someone yelling at them to stop.

Some of the front desk girls are incredibly rude. I’m not sure why, but they could improve their customer service skills. Additionally, the communication between the hotel and the valet is terrible.

front desk staff was friendly, really like that they could hold our luggge before and after check in. Room was super spacious and nice. Set up was great. Not far from subway.
I give -1 star for the cold shower situation we dealt with both nights :( and the previous reviews were not joking when they said the heater is loud in the room! Didn’t bother my s/o but it was definitely loud to me.

Tuvimos problemas para llegar el camino pura terracería más de 10 millas, con posos y se quebró mi carro y no pudimos llegar al hotel esa fue la razón que nos dieron un rate a Tecate y nos hospedamos en otro hotel.
