「They mention the reception provide 24-hour service but there is only security staff on duty at night. The security guard can't provide service e.g. request for toilet paper, how to operate laundry machine, etc」

「I have left the hotel on 16/6, when will the deposit be returned? thank you.」

「The staff is very impolite. The room is small. The bed and pillows are too soft and not comfortable. Won’t go again」

「Friendly Stuff, Nice Pool and free parking Room size good and small kitchen with friste, mikrowave, dishwasher,…」

「The hotel is in a very convenient location. Carrefour is right on the other side of the street. The room is also good with all needed facilities. Overall, the staying experience is good. However, house-cleaning during your stay will cost extra fees. I did not pay for that and no cleaning at all during my stays.」

「The accommodation was impeccably clean, everything worked perfectly, it was modern, and you could see the care they put into every detail to make guests feel comfortable. The staff was very friendly and always attentive to my needs. I especially appreciated the security at the entrance, which gave me a great sense of peace of mind and confidence throughout my stay. The place is very pleasant, comfortable, and very well maintained. Without a doubt, it's an accommodation I wholeheartedly...
