「Location excellent. Room was not clean good. Drain in shower was not working. In one mins was floating. 3 days take to fix. Water was leaking from ceiling at midnight. A/C problem. Shot of a/c till fixed next day. Not install grill on a/c and air was flow every where. Next day install the grill. Make pictures of every thing. Will ask Expedia compensation.」

「Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping). 「Our stay at Nice Hotel Côte d’Azur was absolutely perfect. To our pleasant surprise, the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a shower base. The only minor issue was that the shower gel dispenser by the shower base was empty—but we simply used the one by the bathtub instead, so it wasn’t a problem. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the Nice-Ville train station, making it easy to walk to Avenue Jean Médecin and the Promenade...
