My second stay at this hotel (Yachtman) and they always outdo themselves. The rooms are fabulous and super clean. Their cleaning ladies are always helpful and respectful of our privacy, accepting to assist but not enter. The establishment is dog friendly and right on the docks- absolutely fantastic

We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay. The small pool was a big bonus but it’s all about the view across the marina, location & the excellent staff.

Loved the hotel, perfect location and nice room. The hotel has some renovation work going on otherwise I would rate it very highly. Staff are really very nice. There are only two negatives - it is a little bit complicated to park in their car park but ok when you know how, and I would have preferred to have real cups and glasses in the room rather than flimsy paper ones which were too hot to hold to drink the coffee. Located in the harbour, walking distance around the town centre.

The location is excellent, the staff are lovely people and made this a lovely place to stay. When travelling for pleasure on holidays genuinely nice people at reception make such a difference to your experience. I’d highly recommend.

It was fine. The parking is a bit odd. The pool being in a courtyard reduces sun dramatically, but was welcome nonetheless. The room lacke for a few hooks.

Séjour très agréable.

Malgré des travaux en cours, les espaces communs étaient très confortables. La chambre répond aux attentes avec le petit plus des toilettes séparées de la salle de douche. La piscine n'était malheureusement pas encore ouverte (le week-end du 1er mai, c'est un peu tôt et les travaux étaient en cours). Un manque de chance au petit déjeuner ne m'a pas permis de prendre un bon expresso, la machine étant en panne, mais le café cafetière était acceptable. Un accueil fort aimable et sympathique. Probablement l'hôtel de ma prochaine visite à La Rochelle.

Pas à la hauteur des 4 étoiles

Nous sommes arrivés à 23h. J’étais en béquilles après un accident. J’ai découvert que l’hôtel n’a pas d’accès PMR. Il faut monter 3 marches, le SAS d’entrée ne fonctionne pas bien, la porte s’est refermée sur moi … c’est une autre cliente qui m’a aidée. Le chambre était surchauffée, la climatisation soufflait de l’air chaud. J’ai ouvert la fenêtre et là… nuée de moucherons. La porte de la chambre ne se fermait pas à clé… et pour finir pas de tapis de bain dans la salle de bains. Le lendemain la chambre a été faite à 18h… heureusement le personnel est très gentil et aux petits soins pour vous!
