「I was on a graduation event in the morning, no more than one hour past the check out time. They throw all my things left still on the room to a trash bag causing damage to some of my personal things. Total disrespectful staff. Dont stay in this hotel.」

「This hotel was the one-night magical stay we were hoping it would be. It felt like a well-maintained step back in time. The breakfast and restaurant were lovely, the staff were very friendly, and the grounds were STUNNING. I couldn't believe how beautiful it was to sit at the restaurant and to be outside - the flowers, the views, the touches. Absolutely loved it! My only disappointment was that we were there for our honeymoon, and even after contacting them before, the hotel didn't acknowledge...

「 Family trip with two teenagers. We appreciated the space, comfort and layout of room 31. We each had our own quarters, our own balcony and amazing view of the valley. Magnificent. I liked that the toilet was separate from the shower area. What was also useful was having a sink in our room. The ski equipment room is spacious and very convenient. The staff all around were great, always greeting us warmly. We all enjoyed using the wet sauna, dry sauna, pool and hot tub. Acess to the mountains:...

「Chambre très spacieuse, moderne, très agréable, aucun bruit. Accueil très chaleureux et disponible. Services dans l’hôtel top, spa très bien. Il manque des espaces de rangement dans la chambre, armoirie pas assez profonde et grande. Pas de frigo et coffre dans la chambre. 」
