"We arrived at the property with our children at the agreed check-in time but were unable to access the accommodation. We repeatedly tried to contact the host by phone and through the booking platform, but received no practical assistance or access instructions. After waiting for several hours, we had to leave because we could not enter the property. The host did not resolve the situation afterwards. We cannot recommend this accommodation. We are unable to comment on the apartment’s condition...
