「No cold water in the bathroom sink 1st night. Thought breakfast was included. Apparently was not. It was about $15. Ridiculous. Overused lumpy pillows. Ripped curtains. Not impressed.」

「No microwave in my room. Didn't realize that there was a fridge until my exit ( camaflodged behind a door that looked like 3 drawers, which I didn't use), NO COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST」

「The elevator was broke and they never informed me until after I registered. Also, I had a handicap room and they put me on the 3rd floor!! I had to do my best to climb stairs with a surgical repaired knee!!」

「The best experience of our trip to Louisiana. The staff is very friendly, the property was beautiful and the breakfast was the best meal we had on our week long trip. Natalie was the best host and cook; Would definitely stay here again.」

「This was a decent option. Not the worst, not the best. The upkeep of the hotel could use some improvement. We were on the 2nd floor, and there was an old, stale smell to the property. Also, the floor AC units could use an upgrade. The breakfast was just ok. Other than that, the room was clean overall. Also, no smart TV in the room, so no way to watch Netflix, just cable TV.」

「Staff upon arrival was not the friendliest, was more worried about being on her cell phone rather than helping guests. Hot tub was not "hot". Overall we love the hotel, not our first visit & not our last.」

「The property was in a great quiet area, however it is very ran down to be a Hampton property. I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. It looked likes the original fridge in the room no longer worked so they did replay it but with a bigger version that no longer fit in the designated cabinet so they place it against the wall which was cool, but they didn’t bother to clean the cabinet were the old one was.. you could tell they didn’t even care to clean the elevators, walls, carpet...

「We always stay at this hotel when we go to Lafayette, but we did not have a good experience this time. We arrived early and we were able to check in so that was nice. The pool was closed so that was disappointing, but it opened the next day. When the pool did open, the water was extremely cloudy with a film. We were really disappointed because we stayed 4th of July weekend and the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The lay out chairs need to be replaced, one was dry rotted and...
