「Hotel was just average... linen with womens hair in it...women hair on the floor... shower head not working well, shower drain backed up a little... minor things like that. Superior front desk staff! very accommodating to your request... I loved that! Give them all raises!!!」

「La habitacion es limpia y comoda perl un poco pequeña. Estoy segura q debe haber una mas grande. Tiene parqueadero con seguridad..so lo hace perfecto. El area es perfecta ya q elnNorte fe cali es menos trafico pero a la misma vez centrica ya sea q vas a viajar el area o vas a orra ciudad.」

「Everyone here was nice, but I'm surprised the hostel had such high ratings, it wasn't social, even on a Saturday night, the lockers weren't big enough to fit any backpackers bags inside, and the dorms seemed unfinished, if you had a bottom bunk you would have been totally fine with privacy curtains and such but the top bunks were like a death trap, it was more like a mattress was put on top of a four poster bed than an actual bunk bed. Honestly I just ended up sleeping on the sofa, the breakfast...

「The hotel is next to the park. In the night a lot of people go to the park to play drums and party. The hotels sound proof facilities are very bad so all the time you can hear people passing by at your door or people talking outside and the drum and party outside is especially annoying. When you go to take breakfast, you need to pass by the toilet which is next to the elevator and next to the breakfast area. And the toilet is very smelly… the worst case what happened was the cleaning lady mixed...

「This was the second time staying at this Boutique Hotel. There has been a noticeable improvement. First of all the welcoming effect at check in. Lorena was specially kind and made the experience, a smooth one. Then was the breakfast; a much large variety of options and flavors, and there is also a restaurant onsite. Last but not least. The rooms; comfortable beds and bathrooms. I definitely recommend this hotel to any one.」

「The Hotel is under construction and you are sharing one elevator with construction equipment and staff. There is no bellman, no room service no restaurant. The staff is polite but not customer service oriented or hotel experienced. Maybe in a few years when the hotel is more settled it can become something nice in Cali. The hotel should be fully functional before opening the rooftop pool is in the middle of a full construction site. 」
