"We went during school trip times so as you can imagine full of spanish kids who have no manners. But apart from this. The staff were amazing and couldnt do more to help you or try to avoid the kids during breakfast and Dinner. Room was fine, a/c was alright. "Allocated a room in Iguana block - very strong smell of cannabis. Not great first impressions or aroma for a family hotel. Room was clean on arrival, but looked tired and dated. Very thin walls and poor window insulation, we could hear the person next door snoring and sound of the train announcements from the station. "Good value for money. Rooms felt a bit dated and bedding was awful. No glasses or drinking water provided in rooms. We couldn't get a sea facing room amd got one overlooking the splash park/road, which was quite noisy and not very pleasant. Swimming facilities were good and access to the private beach was nice. Food - very good for a 3* hotel. I've been to many 4* hotels where food was a lot worse, so we were pleasantly surprised."
