Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Resort & Spa - All Inclusive
Front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming, the only nice customer service and where we felt comfortable was in the morning for breakfast and dinner. Other than that rest of the staff wasn’t very welcoming or nice. we try to spend most of our time out of the hotel due to not feeling welcomed

ibis Mazatlán Marina
The first day we opened the room, we noticed that the pillows and the blanket were dirty. We had to inform the staff, and they changed them. If we hadn’t told them, we would have had to sleep in a dirty bed.
