"La estadia con mi familia en Rosa Antonio fue espectacular, muy bonito, tranquilo y confortable. Joaquin es un MAN excelente persona y siempre dispuesto a ayudar y orientarnos sobre los planes en la zona y muy preocupado porque todo estuviera bien en el hotel. Recomendamos el hotel al 100%.

"Cuando llegamos al lugar y la señora que gestiona las reservas, nos cuestiono si teníamos o no una reserva. Al mostrarle la reserva que llegó al celular, dijo que ella no conocía la plataforma de Hoteles. com y que por ende no podía dejarnos hospedar y que no tenía conocimiento de dicha reserva. Creemos que esta señora nos estaba mintiendo y le entregó nuestra habitación a otra persona. Fue bastante desagradable y molesto esta situación. Pésima experiencia con este lugar."

"The peopwety is nor in Aemwnia. Its in Tebaldia, the address in the app is not the real address. The owner responded the day we arruves. I travelled with my elderly parents ans small child. We had to take two cabs to the property and the ownwr charged us $25 for cleaning and not the $4.25 listed. She charged theree times as much as we paud in the app for one day more. "
