El tema es el 1) El Matre muy duro; 2) las sábanas era una, y no había frisas ni nada más; 3) Nunca salió agua caliente de la ducha.

For the price I have no complaints with my stay. The staff were awesome. They helped us with every request we had. Graccie House was on a quiet street yet close to anything you could need. A 5 minute walk to the Malecon where we found some excellent restaurants. I would stay here again.

I love this resort!! This is second time here and looking to come back next year!!! All the staff members are friendly and helpful. Wilkins is the best he went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks a bunch

Beautiful property in a fantastic location. I highly recommend staying at this historic hotel when visiting Santo Domingo. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and they offer free parking, which is hard to find in a central location. I think the rooms should be upgraded. While our room was attractive, the toilet and sink were outdated, and the toilet had a crack in the neck. The toilet seat was also too small for the toilet. Additionally, the air conditioner needs to be updated. I notice the unit does not go below some specific temperature. It’s quite noisy early in the morning, and you can hear people talking outside the hall door, likely because of inadequate door seals. Otherwise, I will recommend it.
