"We were travelling on a road trip between Normandie and Bretagne and found this little Precious gem in the middle of Pontorson. Located 5 minutes walk from the train and bus station, the room was decorated with great care and was super comfortable and clean. The hosts were extremely welcoming and kind to meet our needs and were also helpful in giving us advice and recommandations. The breakfast was excellent, with local products and tasty delicatessen. "This was the worst hotel I ever had in my entire lifetime. When arriving at the hotel we thought it was the wrong place, looked like a rebuilt workshop. They have totally 3 rooms with one toilet and one shower separate outside rooms. All 3 rooms have a very low standard, simple and uncomfortable. My reservation includes continental breakfast but the only thing that was available was coffee, juice, bred and Jams. I can’t understand why this hotel is available and allowed on Hotel.com homepage. "Everything was tidy and neat, the service was spectacular and they organize according to your need which I believe gives it a special touch. I really enjoyed my stay and left fully satisfied with everything, from the house to the staff. "

"Nous attendions ce séjour depuis longtemps, un super accueil nous a été fait. Mais après c'était beaucoup moins bien, un salle de bain avec la paroie de baignoire qui tombe, des joints noir, des peignoirs qui ont déjà bien vécu et rêche... Un système balneo qui ne fonctionnait pas... Aller on va se rattraper dans l'espace bien être... Ça continue, une piscine froide, trois pauvres appareil de sport dans un état miteux.... Un petit déjeuner à 17€ par personne avec charcuterie et fromage : obliger...
