Kevin and John were great hosts and were always on hand to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was a delight every morning and set us up for sour day ahead. 「Well located. Room was basic but clean. Water was not replenished daily which is expected at a 4 star. Pool was great but there must have been a junior golf tournament one day and the pool was extra busy and became cloudy. That night I was very itchy so there must have been an imbalance in the pool chemicals. I couldn’t find anyone to tell. The poolside bar was not open when advertised.」

「Superior hotel far better than I could possibly have expected. With excellent staff, especially the very sweet ladies helping the karaoke along ( and other events like quiz night). There was one glaring exception: the night reception person (and yes, there is only one) who likes to argue at 5am in the morning and then blames me for arguing back. I asked for a second room card on the phone (I didn’t want to leave and find no one at the reception—an experience I’ve had before) and couldn’t find my...
