「The electronic keys to the room was not working and the staff had to come and open the room everytime. It got fixed the third day of my stay. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff were courteous. The problem is they didn’t provide water everyday. I was told to purchase it from the bar. The breakfast buffet was ok and nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit far from the old town and you have to take a cab to go to the old town or walk from 45 mins. Its a nice hotel for the price!」

「My experience started on the wrong foot , I was charged for two nights instead of my stay for night. At reception I wasn't allowed to cancel one night from my reservation even though the rules or terms on the Expedia reservation policy allowed to , I contacted Expedia twice with to different operators and they where very ambiguous and of zero help . 「All the staff - from people at the reception to the guy overseeing the breakfast - were so nice, welcoming, and went the extra mile to give us useful recommendations and arrange a taxi for our hike. It definitely added to the overall vibe and made our stay that much more special. The rooms were also quite large and very clean. I’d definitely recommend Hotel Rosa to a friend and will be sure to stay there again if I come back to Denia!」
